Welcome to TV Install Pros. By accessing our website at tvinstallpros.com or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

TV Install Pros provides professional TV installation, home theater design, audio/visual installation, and related services for residential and commercial clients in Greater Boston and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written proposal or estimate agreed upon before work begins.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Estimates and Payment

Written estimates are provided through our proposal software prior to any work commencing. Estimates are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before scheduling larger installation projects. Final payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, check, and electronic payment.

SMS Communications and Opt-In

By submitting your phone number through our website contact form or any other means and providing your consent, you agree to receive text messages from TV Install Pros. These messages may include appointment reminders, job status updates, and follow-up messages related to your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Equipment and Warranty

TV Install Pros fully warrants all performed services for 60 days, no questions asked. All equipment sold by TV Install Pros is backed by manufacturer warranties. Equipment purchased by the client directly cannot be supported by TV Install Pros. Equipment purchased from TV Install Pros may be returned within 30 days in unused condition with original packaging and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Limitation of Liability

TV Install Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed wiring, or structural limitations that may affect installation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
