Dennis & Ryan, the founders of TVIP, is a self proclaimed technology and entertainment nerd. For years he’s helped countless family members and friends with their home entertainment needs. In 2012 it was time to take this passion and turn it into a business to help others make their dreams a reality - and TVIP was born.
Since 2012, TVIP has grown into one of the most trusted entertainment and presentation design and installation firms in Massachusetts. Our Service Commitment to You: We fully warranty all of our performed services for 60 days no questions asked. If something didn’t go the way you expected, we will make it right. All equipment sold by TV Install Pros is backed and supported directly through manufacturer’s warranties. Equipment purchased by the client directly cannot be supported by TV Install Pros. Equipment purchased from TV Install Pros can be returned within 30 days in unused condition with all original packaging, and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. We strive to ensure our customers can rely on us for help whenever needed. We’ve yet to encounter an issue we couldn’t help our client’s resolve and look forward to working with you!
